Uploading Extensions

• Your extension complies with all applicable laws
• We may review and reject extensions at our discretion

Prohibited Content

Extensions must NOT:

• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Collect user data without disclosure
• Perform cryptomining or similar resource abuse
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent functionality

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of extensions you create. By uploading to our marketplace, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your extension.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any extension that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties that:

• The software will meet your requirements
• The software will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any errors will be corrected
• The software is free from viruses or harmful components
• Extensions in our marketplace are safe or functional

You download and use extensions at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage caused by third-party extensions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kai Browser and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Loss of privacy or security breaches
• Damages from downloading extensions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which may be zero for free services).

Indemnification
